Drive through pickup is Thursday, Oct. 15 from noon to 5 p.m. at the Aravaipa Running warehouse, 2401 S 24th St in Phoenix. Bibs are also available at the park on race day from 5:00 to 6:45 p.m.

Course
The course
The 11K loop uses the Slate, Quartz, Go John and Overton trails, with climbs on Quartz and Go John. The 33K runs three laps (about 2,729 ft of gain) and the 22K two, passing the start/finish each time. Aid is at the start/finish and at Go John. All runners must be off the course by midnight.
Awards
What finishers get
Finishers get an award made by Aravaipa Artworx, a finish line photo and chip timed results. Anyone who also finishes the Cave Creek Thriller at the same park the next morning earns a separate Double Down medal.

Crews and pacers
Crews may help only at the start/finish, where runners can keep a drop bag. Pacers are not allowed in any distance.
