Schedule and packet pickup
Bibs, chips and shirts are handed out on Friday, June 4 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Utah Valley Convention Center, 220 W Center Street in Provo, where a free fitness expo runs the same hours. Bring a photo ID or your confirmation email. Half and 10K runners can also pick up on Saturday at the shuttle.
Course
The marathon has 14 aid stations and closes at 12:30 p.m. The half starts on US 189 near the Sundance turnoff and drops about 698 feet with no turns. The 10K starts at Canyon Crest Elementary and follows the marathon's last miles. The Friday 5K is a loop near UCCU headquarters in Riverwoods.
Parking and travel
No parking or drop offs are allowed at the starts. Marathon buses leave downtown Provo near 200 N and 200 W from 3:10 to 4:15 a.m. Half and 10K buses leave Provo Towne Centre Mall (3:00 to 4:30 a.m. for the half, 5:15 to 6:10 a.m. for the 10K), with return buses to the mall until 11:30 a.m.
Awards
The top 5 men and women in the marathon and half win prize money, and the top 5 in each age group get awards. The 10K and 5K award the top 3 overall and in each age group. Clydesdale and Athena divisions are offered in the marathon and half.
Rules and FAQ
The marathon and half are USATF certified, and the marathon is a Boston qualifier. Medals go to marathon and half finishers under 6 hours. Hand cycles and racing chairs are not allowed in the marathon but are welcome in the half.
The cause
The race supports Kids on the Move, Meals on Wheels for Summit, Utah and Wasatch counties, and the Stella H. Oaks Foundation, which funds scholarships for single mothers.

A point to point, mostly downhill road marathon that starts near Wallsburg, drops about 1,444 feet through Provo Canyon along the Provo River past Bridal Veil Falls, and ends in downtown Provo. The half, 10K and kids run share the Saturday finish, and a 5K runs on Friday evening.
