The fee is $40 through October 31, $45 from November 1 to 21 and $50 race week. Ages 17 and under and 65 and over get $10 off, and groups of three or more registering together get 15% off. Entries are non-refundable.

Schedule and packet pickup
Collect bibs and shirts at Track Shack, 1104 N. Mills Ave., on November 21 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and November 23 to 25 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (closed Sunday). Race morning pickup opens at 6:30 a.m. Bring a photo ID or check-in pass.
Parking and travel
Parking is limited to side streets and paid garages nearby, including the Lake Eola garage at 133 E Robinson St.
Awards
Only the top five men and top five women are recognized; no other times are recorded, so check the clock as you finish. Every finisher gets a medal and a cotton shirt.
Rules and FAQ
Baby carriers, backpacks, skates, scooters, bikes, skateboards and animals are not allowed on the course. A free tot trot for kids follows at 9:15 a.m.
The cause
Proceeds go to Seniors First, a Central Florida nonprofit that helps low income older adults stay at home through Meals on Wheels, a food pantry, in home care and a medical equipment bank.
More from the race
Costume judging for groups, couples and individuals starts at 7:00 a.m. by the registration tent, and the turkey call contest starts at 7:45 a.m. at the start line. The oldest participant gets a trophy.

A Thanksgiving morning 5K at Lake Eola in downtown Orlando, now in its 37th year and drawing more than 5,000 runners and walkers, many in costume. It is run as a festive, untimed event that raises money for Meals on Wheels and other programs for local seniors.
