Course
Legs average 12.6 to 22.5 miles per runner depending on team size, and Ragnar calls the route moderately challenging. Major exchanges, where the two vans meet, are at NTC Park at Liberty Station and the Torrey Pines Gliderport.
Parking and travel
The race ends at 21301 E Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, CA 92648, with a beer garden and free pizza. Overnight rest spots mix indoor and outdoor sleeping.

Every team receives medals, finisher shirts, partner samples and a gift for the captain.

An overnight Ragnar road relay of about 196 miles up the Southern California coast. Teams in two vans trade legs from Silver Strand State Beach in Coronado through La Jolla, Encinitas and Cardiff to a beach finish at Huntington State Beach.
