1:45 pm. Join us for the Ballad Health Niswonger Children’s Network’s annual Scarecrow Skedaddle & Shindig—a festive fall celebration for the whole family! Lace up for the 5K, 1-Miler, or our inclusive Modified Race, all taking place outside the ETSU Mini-Dome. Then head inside for the Shindig, where you’ll find kid-friendly vendors, games, face painting, treats, photo ops, and more! Costumes are encouraged, smiles are guaranteed, and all ability levels are welcome to join in the fun!
