Schedule and packet pickup
The expo is on Saturday, January 9, 2027 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Octavia Ballroom at Caesars Palace. Bring photo ID to collect a bib, shirt and gear bag; someone else can pick up with a photo of your ID and written permission. Bib mailing costs extra and is chosen at signup.
Course
All three distances start together at 6:30 a.m. and the course closes at 1:03 p.m., a limit of 6 hours 33 minutes (15 minute miles for the marathon). Slower runners are carried to the finish and still get a medal. Aid stations sit about every two miles.
Parking and travel
Runners arrange their own way to The STRAT and must be there by 5:45 a.m. Paid parking is available around downtown, and a rideshare drop off point is to be announced. Only the official gear bag from the expo is accepted at bag check.
Shirt and medal
Every finisher gets a medal for their distance, and entrants receive a race shirt at the expo, free race photos and a highlight video. Runners of legal age get a free beer at the finish festival.
Awards
The top three in each race category and in each age group win awards. Pace groups run the full and half, including several Boston qualifying times. Teams of four or more get a $5 discount each and team scoring.
The cause
The official nonprofit, The Launch Team, runs half marathon training for youth, who can get a free half entry at 18 and under. Runners can donate at checkout.
