From the organizers
It's the second annual 5k run/walk to support Grainger County Cancer Connect. The proceeds for this run will go to benefit those battling a cancer diagnosis within Grainger County. Last year the community showed up and showed out to support Grainger County Cancer Connect with over 220 registered walkers and runners. We are looking to surpass this amount and know our community does it best! This event is open to all ages and all runners and walkers. We will have a kid's mile this year and encourage all kids to come out and get moving to support those battling a cancer diagnosis.
