From the organizers
For the 39th winter, the Charlottesville Track Club is hosting, in person, their popular training program to help guide runners of all abilities to their personal 10 Miler goals.
Whether you're taking your first timid steps off the couch or going for a personal best, we've got you covered! The program kicks off on November 7th and will meet every Saturday morning at 8:00 next to the UVa track.
The group will be broken into 6 different program levels based on each person's individual current training regimen. First-time or out-of-shape folks are especially encouraged to join us for the 39th edition of this popular training program (over 9,500 have participated in this program over the years).
