Heart Strides is a medically directed cardiac-pulmonary rehabilitation program providing heart health instruction, supervised fitness and nutritional support for those in the community who have experienced a cardiac or pulmonary event.
The Kids' Dash offers the unique experience of a run around the bases at Rockers Stadium!
