The course

The loop covers 200.4 miles with about 32,100 feet of gain and an average elevation near 7,850 feet. There are 12 full aid stations, three with sleeping space, plus one grab and go stop; six allow crew access. The cutoff is 105 hours.

Finishers receive a handmade buckle made by a local artist using materials gathered from the course, so no two are the same.

About the race

A 200.4 mile loop around Lake Tahoe that follows the Tahoe Rim Trail for most of its length, with side trips to meadows, small lakes and long ridgelines. It starts and finishes at Heavenly's Stagecoach Lodge in Stateline and has a 105 hour cutoff.
