The Seattle Kraken 5K presented by Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) will take place Saturday October 3rd at Green Lake Park in Seattle. Proceeds from the event benefit the Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Kraken Hockey Fights Cancer Fund. This 5K fun run/walk will help kick off the start of the 2026 –2027 Seattle Kraken Season. Kraken personalities will host the festivities which will feature members of our hockey front office team, Buoy, and other Kraken special guests. Participants will enjoy a unique Seattle Kraken race event and it is designed for everyone to enjoy.
