Summer Track May - September
2026 Season is Over. 2027 Season will Begin at the End of May
Regular Program
For most of the Summer, we will abe at the new 200m track at St Thomas Aquinas in Sparkill. There will be a couple of workouts at other locations. The fabled “Perkins Run” during the week of Summer Solstice will be on June 22nd and we'll have a hill workout at Rockland Lake on a date to be determined. The planned workout and any location changes will be communicated by e-mail on Sundays to all registered participants.
