The Queen of Prussia 10K presented by Premier Orthopaedics and Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center is an all-women's, high-quality running event on June 6, 2027, at 8:00 a.m. The race will begin and end at King of Prussia's Town Center, where outdoor shopping, dining, and now running meet. We are excited to continue offering both a 10K and 5K option. The Queen of Prussia 10K Expo will take place on Saturday, June 5, 2027. Packet Pickup will be from 10:00am-3pm at KOP Town Center in the Green Space in front of Davio's.
