From the organizers
Queen City Trailblazers is an opportunity for elementary aged kids (K-5th) to explore the basics of trail running! Our team of coaches will lead your young runner through trail etiquette, proper running form and technique (suitable for trail running) and expose them to a lifelong sport that they can enjoy by themselves and with friends/family. Trailblazers is a 4 week program, however, your runner does not need to sign up for all 4 practices. For example, if you want to sign up for just the first practice, you can do that. Or you can sign up for 2 of the 4 practices, 3 of the 4 practices or 4 of the 4 practices.
