MAYEM Hybrid 5K Challenge combines a 5K run with four fitness challenges designed to test your strength, endurance, and determination. Run your 5K, enter the Hybrid Zone, complete all four challenges, then earn your way across the finish line.

Complete the 5K run first, then enter the Hybrid Zone:
JUMP — 80m Burpee Broad Jumps

Keep moving forward through the entire marked 100-meter zone.
