Course
The loop
Each 2.75 mile lap gains about 523 ft, using the Arroyo Trabuco, Live Oak, Coyote Canyon and Coyote trails with a short paved stretch, and is marked with pink ribbon. A single aid station at the start/finish serves runners after every lap.
Shirt and medal
What runners get
Entry includes a race shirt (guaranteed if registered by Oct. 15), chip timing, post race food and a finisher award.

Crews
Crews may help runners near the main aid station but must stay at their vehicles while doing so and may not take food from the aid tables.

A fixed time trail run in O'Neill Regional Park in Orange County, where runners cover as many laps as they can of a 2.75 mile loop in 3, 6 or 8 hours. The loop winds through oak and sycamore woods in Trabuco and Live Oak canyons on single and double track.
