Why did the chicken cross the road? To run in the 2026 East Texas Poultry Festival 5K Chicken Trot, sponsored by Cline Family Medicine . Join us again this year for the Annual 5K Chicken Trot on Saturday, October 3rd at 8am at Portacool Park. It is always a fun event, with proceeds going to the Center Rotary Club. Register now, and join the fun!
Early Bird Registration is $25 but ends September 3rd. Afterwards, Registration fee is $30. Registration includes a tee shirt and an entrance button to the 50th Annual East Texas Poultry Festival, good for all three days.
