Course
The course
The courses mix technical singletrack, rolling hills and rocky bluffs. The 50K runs two laps with about 3,591 ft of gain and a 10 hour limit, with aid at South Canon and Palmer Point. The 25K gains about 1,796 ft, the 10K about 710 ft, and the 5K has no aid station.

Crews, pacers and parking
Crews and spectators may gather only at the start/finish, where every runner can leave a drop bag. Pacers are not allowed. Parking at the park is limited, so carpooling is encouraged.
