Schedule and packet pickup
Pick up at Mountain Sports in Pantego on October 15 (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.), at Fort Worth Running Company on South Hulen St on October 16 (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.), or at Texas Live! on race morning from 6:00 to 7:55 a.m.

All distances start in waves at 8:00 a.m. The post race party begins around 8:15, awards follow at 9:15 with a fan gear costume contest at 9:30, and the course closes at 11:00 a.m.
Parking and travel
Traffic and parking are tight around the stadiums, so organizers suggest a rideshare or a drop off and an early arrival. A parking and rideshare map is posted on the race page.
Shirt and medal
Entry includes a short sleeve tech shirt, a custom bib and a finisher medal, plus free beer for adults at the Texas Live! party, snacks, a DJ and a vendor village.
Awards
Medals go to the top three men and women overall, the top male and female masters runners, and the top three in each five year age group. Winners must be at the ceremony; awards are not mailed.

Run Project entries are non refundable, but you can hand your spot to another runner or move it to another Run Project race through your Race Roster account before the posted deadline.
